Caring Instructions
Due to the handmade nature of the woven cotton fabrics, slight shrinkage may occur after the first wash. I recommend hand washing and avoiding tumble drying. After washing, ironing can help restore the fabrics' smoothness. The indigo blue fabrics were dyed with natural plant dyes long time ago and may experience slight fading upon first contact with water. To preserve the fabrics' colour, please avoid exposing it to strong sunlight.

Shipping Information
We currently ship within United Kingdom (England, Scotland and Wales). Each order is carefully packaged and shipped with attention to details. We usually use Royal Mail 2nd Class for our orders, if you need your item(s) urgently, please select the Tracked 24 option.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days.
 • Shipping Costs:
   
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
 • Delivery Times:
   
Royal Mail 2nd class normally delivers with 2-4 working days after dispatch. Tracked 24 normally delivers the next day after dispatch.
 • Packaging:
   
We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible to reflect our commitment to sustainability.

International Shipping:
We are currently focusing on UK orders but plan to expand to other regions in the future. Stay tuned!

Returns & Exchanges
At Bleu Farm, every item is lovingly handmade with care, making each piece unique and special. To maintain the integrity of our handmade process, we have a straightforward returns and exchanges policy:

 • Non-Returnable Items:
    Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
 • Reporting an Issue:
    If your item arrives damaged or you believe there’s an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at [email protected]
Kindly include:
   • A photo of the item and packaging.
   • A brief description of the issue.
   • Next Steps:
   Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible, whether it’s a replacement (if possible) or a refund.
